About TLCS
If you are concerned for the well being of a person in need of these services, consider that TLCS provides more than simple process and procedure administration. We provide care.
Caring Is The Most Important Part Of Our Service
Life brings us many joys, but it also serves up challenges. One is incomplete without the other. Caring for persons who have special needs offers both. End of life, incapacity, and life issues often make it difficult to see clearly through the fog, and can overwhelm those without a circle of support.
Providing honest insight and assisstance is essential to giving dependent persons the security and emotional comfort they need. We care about our clients and this caring is often their link to the rest of the world.
Being There Is A Responsibility We Always Meet.
The care of persons unable to care for themselves is often difficult. Too often, the needs of this special population are more than any single person can manage. A family too can find the responsibility of meeting the needs of a dependent person more than time and temperament allow.
TLCS understands. Managing the affairs of dependent individuals may mean responding to immediate crisis as well as long range thoughtful planning. And the ability and willingness to make difficult decisions is a key component of being able to deliver the individual service and care our clients require. We are always ready and able to respond.
Experience And Professionalism Make The Difference
Persons unable to manage the day to day business of life can fall prey to poor judgement and dangerous outcomes. Relying on a professional intermediary is a way to alleviate the stress but puts their well being in the hands of others. It is crucial then, that their fiduciary has the skills, knowledge, and ability to manage the many aspects of their care to create positive outcomes.
The case load of TLCS has spanned a wide range of clients...the indigent, dependent minors, mentally and physically challenged individuals, and the elderly. Additionally, keeping all interested parties, from family members to legal and financial advisors, informed and aware of important events and issues is a standard part of our service. Providing conflict resolution and intervention also adds to our ability to provide for our client's quality of life. Our years of service has taught us that the understanding and cooperation of all interested parties is essential to our success and the well being of our clients.
